Blooming Together: Mommy and Me

Mommy & Me, a monthly Guided Hearts Institute experience created to nurture the hearts, souls, and minds of both mothers and their little ones (ages 4-6)

Each session is a blend of faith, connection, and growth — a space where spirituality, learning, fun and love intertwine. This month Mommies and their Littles are invited to come learn about their emotions and healthy emotional regulation skills!

✨ For the little ones: Story time, engaging faith-based activities, crafts this month the children will be making their own prayer mats, and songs that plant early seeds of īmān, gratitude, kindness, and curiosity.

💞 For the mothers: a brief reflective talk that blends Islamic wisdom and psychology, a peaceful moment to refill your spiritual and emotional cup.
We’ll also dedicate time for heartfelt sharing, where moms can express their reflections, discuss struggles, and exchange lessons learned along their journey through motherhood.

Come connect, reflect, and bloom together in a circle of sisterhood, faith, and love. Registration limited and required. Ticket includes all supplies for your little one, a cafe drink and food item.
