Following the general session, participants will have the opportunity to join parallel sessions for women and men. These sessions are designed to provide a focused space to explore how stress manifesta within our distinct roles and lived experiences, while remaining anchored in the principles of Islam and psychology. The Women’s Session will offer a supportive environment to reflect on the unique pressures and opportunities women encounter in balancing faith, family, and personal growth. It will highlight spiritual practices, psychological insights, and lifestyle strategies that nurture resilience and well-being in ways that are attuned to women’s experiences. The Men’s Session will create a dedicated forum for men to engage with the particular responsibilities, challenges, and pathways of strength that shape their daily lives.
