In this workshop, we will explore:

An overview of what mental health truly is, common misconceptions, and how emotional and psychological well-being impacts our spiritual lives, relationships, and overall functioning.
✧ The Islamic Perspective on Mental Health
Grounding the conversation in Qur’anic guidance, Prophetic wisdom, and a holistic understanding of the human soul, reminding us that caring for mental health is an essential part of nurturing īmān and fulfilling our trust with Allāh.
✧ Five Evidence-Based and Faith-Aligned Practices for Mental Wellness
Practical tools supported by modern research and rooted in Islamic values that help cultivate mental wellness.
✧ Addressing Shame, Stigma, and Silence
An honest and compassionate discussion on breaking harmful narratives around mental health, supporting one another with mercy, and fostering a community where seeking help is seen as strength, not weakness. This session will also include guidance on available resources and avenues for support.
Together, we hope to create a safe and supportive space for learning, reflection, and meaningful dialogue. Come as you are, with your questions, experiences, and hopes, and join us.
