Living With His Names is a unique monthly psychospiritual study taught by Ustādha Dunia Shuaib that invites you to experience deep spiritual connection, emotional healing, and transformative inner work through the Blessed Names of Allāh ﷻ.
Rooted in classical Islamic scholarship and enriched with psychology, trauma-informed insights, and attachment theory, each session offers a holistic path toward inner peace, secure attachment to your Creator, and authentic emotional resilience.

What We Explore
Every class focuses on one of the Divine Names (or a small set of Names) and includes:
✦ Linguistic and theological meanings
✦ Occurrences in the Qur’ān and Sunnah
✦ Prophetic duʿāʾs that include the Name
✦ How this Name offers emotional healing, spiritual grounding, and practical guidance in daily life
