Preparing Our Hearts For Ramadan

Preparing Our Hearts for Ramadan: Healing, Forgiveness, and Renewal
Our beloved Prophet ﷺ told us:
“Indeed, your Lord has special breezes of mercy (nafahāt) during the days of your lives, so expose yourselves to them.”
Ramadan is one of those sacred seasons. A month filled with divine openings, mercy, forgiveness, and nearness to Allah. It is not only a time to increase outward acts of worship, but an invitation to soften the heart, release what weighs it down, and return to Allah with sincerity and presence.
Ramadan is a sacred invitation to return to Allah with a softened heart, renewed intention, and emotional clarity. As we prepare for this blessed month, Guided Hearts Institute, in collaboration with Diyanet Center of America, invites you to a heart-centered, in-person program designed to help you prepare your qalb spiritually and emotionally for Ramadan.
This workshop integrates Islamic spiritual teachings with psychological insight, supporting participants in approaching Ramadan not only through outward acts of worship, but through inner purification, forgiveness, and emotional healing. Together, we will reflect on the state of the heart, explore the transformative role of forgiveness, and learn how Ramadan can become a gentle and sacred space for healing, renewal, and deeper connection with Allah.
Through guided reflection, psycho-spiritual education, and activities, this program offers a grounding space to pause, realign intentions, and enter Ramadan with greater presence, softness, and trust in Allah.
This program is open to brothers and sisters ages 14 and up. All are welcome who seek to enter Ramadan with a heart that is more present, sincere, and ready to return to Allah.
