When Trials Come

Calling All Sisters

Every one of us has been through something that tested us. A loss, a worry we couldn’t shake, a season where we didn’t know how we’d get through the week.

‍

Join us for a ladies-only benefit lunch supporting Nazari Digar, a nonprofit helping children and families with Down syndrome in Tajikistan.

‍

Our featured speaker, Ustadha Dr. Dunia Shuaib, will give a talk titled on how Islam teaches us to see hardship and how to hold on to our hearts through it when trials come.

‍

The afternoon will also include lunch, games, a short presentation on Nazari Digar and its mission, a fundraising portion, and a photo area. We’ll close with a meet and greet with Ustadha Dunia.

‍

Behind Nazari Digar are families in Tajikistan raising children with Down syndrome, carrying their own trials every day, often with very little support.

‍

‍Everything raised at this lunch goes toward helping them.

‍
